"Enjoy four carefully selected sake and Kaiseki cuisine with the Sake brewer"

We offer Sake brewer of Masuda Tokubei Shoten, one of the oldest sake breweries in Kyoto Fushimi since 1675 to come to Hiiragiya to join with our guests and presentation their history and their sake, "Tsuki no Katsura". You will be able to enjoy "Tsuki no Katsura" and our Kaiseki dinner with Sake brewer on April 11.

・Kasegi gashira
・Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake 
・Junmai Daiginjo Heiankyo

Dinner will be enjoyed together with the Sake brewer in the new hall of Hiiragiya (planned). 
Breakfast will be served in each room, either Japanese or Western style. 

~Schedule for the day~
Check-in from 15:00. 
17:30 - Part 1: "About the history and sake of Masuda Tokubei Shoten" 

18:00 - Part 2:  "Enjoy four carefully selected sake and Kaiseki cuisine with the Sake brewer"

Ends around 21:00 

The next day, enjoy breakfast in your room and relax at your leisure until check-out at 11:00.
