We offer you the special event for one night only with carefully selected Japanese wines of Château Mercian and special Kaiseki cuisine. The Château Mercian is one of Japan's leading wineries and Mr. Mitsuhiro Anzo who is Executive Winemaker of Mercian joins the event with you. Please enjoy a one-night-only special event with six unique wines and a special Kaiseki cuisine at Hiiragiya.

Dinner will be served together in the banquet hall in New wing.
Breakfast will be served in your room.

*The special Kaiseki dinner for this plan includes many kinds of seafood (fish, shellfish, prawn, crab, sea urchin, squid, octopus, eel...), raw fish (sashimi), meats, mushrooms and vegetables.
Please let us know it before 13 October, If you have any foods restriction or any foods you do care to eat. We are unable change your meals on the day.

*This accomodation plan includes Kaiseki dinner, breakfast, service charge and above 6 kinds
of wine (approximately 120ml each).


< Profile of Mr. Mitsuhiro Anzo >
Joined the company in 1995 and was posted to Château Mercian.

From 2001, he spent four years at Château Reysson in Bordeaux, where he also studied at the Faculty of Oenology at the University of Bordeaux and obtained his DUAD. After returning to Japan, he worked as head of the quality control section at Château Mercian and then as head of the quality control department at the head office.
